Projek Buat Duit Raya!

Assalammualaikum dan hai semua!

Ada berita baik untuk semua!

Bulan Jun adalah bulan terbaik untuk mulakan sesuatu yang luar biasa!! 

Bermula bulan Jun 2013, Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM) akan laksanakan Projek Megaraya khas untuk bantu semua GLAMpreneurs kumpul DUIT RAYA!!

Sangat MENGUJAKAN!!

Dalam tempoh 3 bulan bermula esok (1 Jun 2013),  Muni dan mentors dari GLAM akan kongsikan pelbagai strategi dengan semua rakan kongsi bagaimana untuk dapatkan budget raya sehingga RM6,000 - RM10,000!!

So Muni nak mengalu-alukan semua pembaca, rakan-taulan, sedara mara dan semua yang di luar sana untuk ambil peluang ini untuk kumpul budget raya tahun ini agar raya tahun ini lebih bermakna!

Bukan nak suruh bermewah-mewah. Tapi nak bagi pilihan.

Kalau kita ada pilihan untuk bagi duit raya lebih untuk mak ayah kita kan bagus? Kalau sebelum ni boleh bagi RM100-RM150, tahun ni kita target untuk bagi lebih maybe RM500-RM1,000. Mesti orang tua kita lagi happy..

Kalau sebelum ni bajet untuk servis kereta nak balik raya tak berapa nak ada, buat servis pun yang basic je sebab budget tight, tahun ni kita buat major servis siap tukar tayar 4 sekali! Mudah-mudahan lancar dan selamat perjalanan kita !

Kalau kita ada pilihan untuk bantu kakak-abang, adik beradik kita untuk hulur sikit budget raya, why not? Kalau bukan kita yang nak tolong, siapa lagi? Kalau tak bagi duit pun, boleh beli hadiah tudung raya or beg tangan raya pun jadilah! Tak pun sponsor baju  tema raya untuk satu family! Baru raya lebih seronok!

Kalau kita ada pilihan untuk siapkan duit raya untuk anak-anak buah sebelum ni RM2-RM5 seorang, tahun ni kita niat nak bagi lebih sikit. Sebab Allah bagi rezeki kepada kita untuk kita kongsi dengan orang lain. Lagi banyak kita memberi, lagi banyak Allah bukakan pintu rezeki kita InsyaAllah. Tahun ni kita target terus nak bagi kat mak-pak sedara sekali. Sebab masa kita kecik dulu, makcik pakcik pun bagi duit raya dekat kita!

Banyak lagi sebenarnya pilihan yang kita boleh buat kalau nak list dekat sini. Tapi kita ja yang taknak ambil pilihan tu.

So tahun ni kita mesti nak ada perbezaan dengan raya tahun lepas! Kita kena bertambah baik! 

Dengan GLAM insyaAllah, kita ada barisan mentor yang hebat-hebat macam Hanis Haizi, Razali Zain dan Naa Kamaruddin . Mereka dah berjaya! Dari orang biasa-biasa (suri rumah sepenuh masa), dah jadi orang luar biasa! 

Bukti di depan mata! Memang tak ada helah. Kalau nak berjaya mesti BERANI ambil langkah luar biasa dan USAHA yang bersungguh-sungguh!


Jadi tak perlu takut dan teragak-agak okey! Pilihan di tangan anda. Muni tak paksa. Cuma nak beri lebih pilihan=) Call me for free consultation.

When There Seemed To Be No Hope At All

Often I came across people not doing what they really want to do just because of FEAR. In fact, many of us do. However, the true fact is..

" If you listen to your fears, you will die never knowing what a great person you might have been " - Robert H. Schuller

I was once like that. I have many ambitions and dreams but NEVER did I take any serious action to realized my dreams. It was all because I was afraid I would FAIL. 
One of my biggest dream is to have a garden cottage house with an interior design just like this: 


1) A compact, full of books, nice and neat living room:

2) A cozy, english designed room:- Preferably an attic room because it seems cozy and privacy! 

3) A classic english bathroom:- Feeling all girly and princessy ^_^

4) A luxury wardrobe room- Macam banyak sangat baju nak wardrobe bagai.. ^_^

5) A cute relaxing balcony:-A perfect space to daydream think of your strategy to realize your dreams =)

and..

A nice decent ride if not a luxurious car so I can make my parents happy and proud of me.

These dreams, obviously, need MONEY to make it happen. However, being a middle class income executive in the Government sector, it is almost impossible to achieve any of my dreams because you know why- financial.

People say, only rich people can fulfill their dreams. And to make it worst, the rich, do get richer.

Am I a rich person? or did I come from a rich family? - NO -

So, the dreams stay as it is and never to become reality. 

But then, 

WHEN THERE SEEMED TO BE NO HOPE AT ALL,

I came across this powerful quote by the famous Robert T. Kiyosaki :

" Face your FEARS and DOUBTS, and new worlds will open to you "

  

Ahah!  

So, I took the challenge. I took my very first step in the journey to fulfill my dreams. Because there's no way you can reach your second step without taking the first step!

Alhamdulillah.. Allah's promise is certain.  

" Man Jadda Wa Jadda - Siapa yang bersungguh-sungguh pasti berhasil "

I now have my own nice decent ride.  Please don't mistaken the man next to me as my scandal. He is my sales person. Hehe

and InsyaAllah a house of our own soon. 

All I did was I joined the misunderstood industry. I became a network marketing consultant and is now generating stable side income from this wonderful business.

I am still working hard along with my partners to accomplish our wishlist. and Yes. We do it by T.E.A.M.

and I am grateful I took this path.

The Day I Made THE Decision

Hello everyone.! This is my first time  writing a post. Since this is the first time, i shall start this entry by talking about the BIG decision (quoted from naakamaruddin ) i have made the last few days and how does this decision changes my life and transformed me into the person i am today.

April 1st 2012.. I have just returned to my normal life after completing my 6 months course at INTAN Bukit Kiara. This course is a compulsory course that my colleague and i have to undergo as part of the criteria for our job confirmation. I had great fun going through the course and I enjoyed myself the most during the outdoor activities such as the Outwardbound School (OBS), Wataniah Module, Police and Bomba Module as well as the Group Integration Module. The course ended on the 31st of March 2012 with all of us going back to our normal routine and responsibilities.

It was then when my Mr. 'ehem-ehem' asked my hand in marriage (weeee!!)!.. dengan disaksikan oleh pemandangan lampu2 neon Kuala Lumpur dari atas Bukit Ampang dan adik2 yang lepak main guitar kat atas nun..*romantic tapi maluuuuu* huhuhu=)).. He, or also known as Mr.N has been very supportive and patient during the whole course for he had never complained a bit about the limited time i spent with him and the days where i would dozed off while talking to him through the phone due to the  hectic and tiring schedule in the course... ** Did i say YESS to his proposal?? RAHSIA ^_^ **

Then, dah happy2 nak kawen, baru sedar.. I HAVE NO MONEY!!??!! Whaatss! How am i going to get married ?? No savings, no cash, no nothing! Did i tell you, that during the last month of the course was the hardest time where we were required to settle our RM1500 mass kit uniform fee (uniform wane putih peg.kerajaan pakai mase function tu), pay for our batch magazine, fees for our grand dinners (2 dinners ye kawan2 ), farewell party, coffee table book, souvenirs for lecturers, utility bills, car service (yang dah 6 bulan tak berape nak jalan sgt) and so on so on.. Itu belum tambah wedding preps lagik! Uwaaaaa... Bibiee..  I am sooo not ready for marriage!!

Then i started to look for side income desperately.. and along the way i found my senior's facebook page showing her achievement in her business career. I have actually been stalking on her page for quite sometime already.. Since the days where she just started the business. But i have never had the guts to approach her and i never believed that the business can turn out well... I was totally WRONG when i saw her achievement a year after where she can drive her own BMW at the age of 28 and she now wears designer's handbags worth a few THOUSAND ringgits per unit. Oh My GOD..


I know i have to do something..Tak boleh jadii!! Maybe this is the time i thought.. So, i leave a message in her inbox to congratulate her latest achievement and casually asked what's her business is all about. Not expecting any reply soon since she must be very busy, i am THRILLED to get her feedback that very same night.. Appointment was set and on the very next day, June 15th, I finally met the person I have been stalking all this while..: naakamaruddin :..=))

That was the day when i made THE decision.. 


and Alhamdulillah.. i made the RIGHT decision. I am part of the team now! and i am earning side income that put a smile trough my face every month! .. I am no longer skipping my meals and after sooo long, I have extra budget to upgrade my phone to a new canggeh one.. I even bought some other things that I have been eyeing before and I am now starting to do my wedding preparation excitedly and happily!!...=)
